Yes, pp is tough at conference but you have the right idea: eggs and yoghurt at breakfast (you might get lucky and find chicken sausage!) and meat/fish and salads for the rest.

I don't think I have EVER seen a chicken sausage?! Lol .... I will just stick to it religiously until I get there and do my very best!!

Breakfast - spinach and ham 'rosti' with poached eggs
Lunch - mussels and scallops with asparagus
Dinner - chicken salad with oat bran 'croutons'
