hi hun i can't run due to my back but had 2 half hour walks today and done 20 mins on my exercise bike am going to attempt swimming on monday to see how back goes i know i can't do breast stroke it pulls on my back too much so am hoping i will be ok doing the crawl, hope ur weeks going ok x

I love swimming! Used to go before work three times a week but since I now have children to take to nursery I've had to knock that on the head!! How did it go? X
 
I have been soooo bad at keeping this up to date but I will def, def make a concerted effort to keep my diary up to date!!!

Not a bad day. I'll just have to be a bit better for the rest of the week. Onthe bright side, a KK donut isn't as bad as the pizza I would have had for dinner instead!! X
