Sofartogo but taking it day by day...

I well and truly fell off the wagon last week. I was on holiday and thought I could stay on track but at the end of the first day I decided I didn't want to! I decided that I am losing weight for life and an odd week off won't be too big a problem.

Anyway. I started today afresh and am ready for a new big push before my holidays in August!

B - 2 Alpen Light Bars HEB
Snack - Cheesey puffs (4 syns)
L - Low fat super noodles
D - Jacket potato, cheese HEA, Tuna HEB and a salad, 2 tbsp light mayo (4 syns)
Snack - Choc Options (2 syns) made with milk HEA

Total - 10 syns
 
Been for a run today :)

Snack - Pineapple
L - Jacket potato, cheese HEA, Tuna HEB and a salad, 2 tbsp light mayo (4 syns)
Snack - pineapple, banana
D - 7 quorn nuggets ( 3.5 syns), potatoes, salad
Glass wine (9 syns), mikado (0.5 syns)

Yesterday's food diary. Back to recording my diary! Have been on plan all week just not had time to update.

Dinner - jacket potato, beans, tuna HEB, cheese HEA, salad, mayo (2 syns)
Snack - 4 mikados (2 syns)

Lunch - salad, tuna HEB, feta HEA, mayo (1 Syn)
Dinner - SW roasties, 2 southern quorn burgers (5 syns), salad, mayo (2 syns), tomato sauce (1 Syn), small white barm (5.5 syns), 1 mikado (0.5 syns)

Total - 15 syns

Have had a few more Syn than I would have liked but today I have done a 2 mile run, a bike ride and an hour of zumba!!! Needed the calories!! X

Had a lovely day but not completely on plan!!

L - BBQ - quorn sausage, white barm (5.5 syns), coleslaw (4 syns?), crisps (8 syns?) salad, potatoes (butter eek) lots of syns) and a fairy cake (10 syns)

D - none, too full!!

All in all about 50 syns!!! Will be extra good all week to make up for it!! :)
 
Got up extra early today and went for my run before breakfast. Getting faster and running for longer so I was feeling a bit chuffed with my little self!!

hi sofartogo hope u don't mind me popping in to say hi :wavey: u've done well to come back off ur holiday and get back on plan, i am away on the 23rd for a week i hope i can control myself i usually go mad when i'm away then find it hard to get back into the right frame of mind i am keeping my fingers crossed that i can behave for a change lol. good luck val xx :)

How are you? Doing very well I see!
I can't believe I'm still so motivated and I'm not even losing weight that quickly!! Had a lovely week off and it was a bit of a struggle afterwards with all the bank holidays but I'm still here!

I'm thinking that exercising is helping me feel better but not really helping my weight loss but I'm ok with that, it will come off eventually!

My food diary is really slacking though! Must make a better effort! X

hi hun have u measured urself as well? cause if u havent lost it in lbs may be coming off in inches :) i have had times when i think i've had a good loss cause my clothes feel loser but when i get on the scales i've sts, i must try and exercise have been walking more and did go on my exercise bike the other day ;) it's been a clothes horse for months :rolleyes: i keep buying all the mags that have new diets i'm hoping i can lose weight by reading them ha! ha! i weigh tomorrow i only weigh once a month now was getting too obsessed with what they were saying (i used to weigh several times every day :eek:) i have got to the target i originally set myself but will be quite happy to go down another stone.

I didn't take any measurements Valerie though I really wish I had! I can tell through my clothes being loose and I feel so much better knowing that I am running further and faster each time I go! I'll just keep on plugging away and I'll get there in the end! I weigh in in the morning too - fingers crossed for a motivation boosting loss for both of us!!!

I sts. Would have liked a loss after being 100% all week but I'm ok with it as I'm going out tonight in jeans I couldn't have worn a few weeks ago so something good must be happening! I'm going to make an effort to drink more water and eat more fruit over the coming weeks. It will come off eventually!

hi hun i can't run due to my back but had 2 half hour walks today and done 20 mins on my exercise bike am going to attempt swimming on monday to see how back goes i know i can't do breast stroke it pulls on my back too much so am hoping i will be ok doing the crawl, hope ur weeks going ok x
