I haven't updated for a few days. Had a cheeky midweek night out on thursday and spent most of Friday eating things I shouldn't. Don't think I kept any of the wine and tapas down from thursday so at least I didn't take in those calories! Haven't gone overboard though, yesterday was ok and went out for a bike ride with my boys for a few hours. :)

Fab night out but far too drunk! Had full day in work the next day then a bike ride and was all recovered after that!! Spent the evening rambling on I'm a drunken stupor to anyone who stood around long enough (even my zumba instructor who happened to be out on a night out). Oh the shame!!!

Plan for this week is to stick to plan and get into the 10's. But then, that's been my plan for about the last 6 weeks and I'm still waiting!

Pmsl so funny!!!! Glad u had a good night, I could never have done work AND a bike ride the next day, I'd have been dying!!

I've made a decision to do straightforward maintaining now and will be happy if I can keep weight below 9st 1 or so. Will just relax on syns at weekends a little but keep it together during the week & see how I get on. Fingers crossed lol x

Well I had a night out last night. :)
I went to see Sarah millican, stand up comedienne - she was fab!! Also went for a meal and mojito (and wine) so a little off plan but was on plan all day otherwise and I really enjoyed my meal! :)
