some help pls beakfasts/lunch

Hi all

If you read my previous post u all know im thinking of joining sw, after looking through my very old handbook i feel ok with evening meals but struggleing for breakfast ideas on red days ?

Could any one give me some tips please ?

Bacon and eggs??
Morrisons vlf pork sausages are free Hun, I love a full cooked breakfast, so have sausages, bacon, mushrooms, eggs and tinned tomatoes.
You can have fruit salads with a Mullerlite toghurt topping or a plain low fat yoghurt top.
Weetabix x 2 with an allowance of semi skimmed milk.

If you have a look in the food diary section, I have a diary in there that you can have a look through to give you some ideas.

I love me some bacon sarnies.. 3 slices of weight watchers brown danish as a HEB, with lots of grilled bacon and fresh chopped toms :)
 
Omelette!! Scrambled/Fried/poached egg with mushrooms & bacon/sausages,
 
I commute so can't do a cooked breakfast so I make individual quiche "muffins" that I take in which can be eaten hot or cold with bacon or ham in them.

Breakfast quiche!! Can be taken with you too if in a rush!

GOOD MORNING QUICHE (free on original)
1 packet syn free sausages, chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 large tub very low fat cottage cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
½ lb poached mushrooms
1 med onion, finely diced

Mix all of the above together pour into flan dish.
Bake gas 5, for 30 mins or till golden
