Hey Sonban - not to worry you'll loose that and more in double quicktime!
 
Hi all well I am feeling a lot better with myself this week. I am hoping to try and get a biggish loss this week fingers crossed but any loss is a loss so I will be happy with anything apart from a gain. I decided to put on what food I am having this week I will try and do it every week but I am not making any promises because I am a scatter brain and will probably forget.

So here was yesterdays:

GREEN

BREAKFAST: Strawberries, Mullerlight and a chock and orange Alpen light crumbled on top.

DINNER: Spaghetti hoops on 2 pieces of wholemeal toast.

TEA: Spag bol with wholemeal spaghetti, quorn mince, garlic, chilli, tinned tomatoes, onion and mixed herbs and a side salad with grated cheese.

SNACKS: Fruit salad, apple and a pack of crisps.

EXERSIZE: I did 15 mins on exersize bike to burn off the crisps.

Here's today's:

RED

BREAKFAST: Strawberries, mullerlight, Chock and Orange Alpen light bar on top.

DINNER: Prawn salad sandwich on 2 slices of wholemeal bread with 2 lvl tsp of extra light mayo.

TEA: Creamy mustard mash made with carrots and swede, 28g garlic and herb boursin light and mustard powder and spring onion. Lamb and red pepper skewers.

SNACKS: Fruit salad.

EXERSIZE: 15 mins excersize bike.

Hiya today's diary

GREEN DAY:

BREAKFAST: Beans on 2 pieces of wholemeal toast.

DINNER: Mild cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce.

TEA: 2 Eggs fried in fry light, 3 quorn sausages, 28g rindless bacon and spaghetti hoops.

SNACKS: Fruit salad.

EXERSIZE: Loads and loads of walking to school and back to school and back to school and back 25 mins each way.
 
Hiya forgot to post yesterdays.

RED

BREAKFAST: Fruit salad and mullerlight.

DINNER: Warm chicken salad and 2 pieces of wholemeal bread.

TEA: Roasted new potatoes, roasted carrots and it was meant to be a chilli and lime tuna steak but it smelt funny so I had bacon instead.

SNACKS: Apple


 
Well what a week this has been my other half has got a lump in his mouth. It is really big and last week he had a biopsy done on it. The consultant said it could be something sinister because the tooth that was sticking out of the middle of it was wobbly. Anyway we have been in limbo land this week him for obvious reasons and me because I love him so much and hate seeing him going through this. Anyway back to the hospital this morning for the results and they found no cancer in it thank god a massive sigh of relief but they took another biopsy from deeper into his gum just to make sure. So back off to hospital again next Thursday for the results of the second biopsy. Some how in all of this I have managed to stick to my healthy eating and am hoping for a good weight loss fingers crossed. Report back later with the weigh in result.
