Sorry honey!!!! You are right though, you just need to go back to class and face the music and get back on track! If you do it in easy stages now, just think how good you will feel once the warmer weather hits us!! Don't beat yourself up if you gain, it takes guts to get back to class!! and don't use it as an excuse to keep eatingas I sometimes do!!
