Well Karen is doing well in her "fish" week......i couldnt stick it as I only like tuna and fish in batter cooked at chippy....lol. So will leave this to Karen, dont think I could stomach tuna all week.

So Karen will be getting her 1 stone award and im hoping to get my 1/2 stone award too.... will have to lose 1 and a half lbs would be nice to get more......lol. Totm has begun.....boy wouldnt it be nice to be a bloke right now......though im not craving chocolate ....yet !!! so maybe thats a turnaround.

i'd like to be able to lose as much weight each week as men can too. ah well... women are still better!

just wanted to let you know all the cheesecake mullers are 1 syn each, i checked. im considering being really lazy with my fish week and having a couple of fish fingers for dinner.... surely it still counts?! i dont mind telling ya... i'd kill for a juicy steak!

ha! i've got steak in doors, no worries about that. im looking forward to having the chicken spears as well. frankly, i've enjoyed fish week but i have really missed eating other things. gotta say... i havent felt bloated at all even though i have been on my monthlies. im quite impressed! i just hope the scales reflect the same kinda success snuggles had lol.

thanks for sheltering my son yet again. I will have yours over once my other 2 have broken up from school. im soooo looking forward to the summer hols with them. :D

Well a busy day today, up to the drs with Karen ...thanks for the lift mate....cant believe the pallaver I have to go through to get my implant taken out......oh well an adventure on the buses.

Then took Hannah for a haircut, she looks much more respectable now....lol. Must say I have not felt so bloated and sluggish as on my last TOTM...so hopefully there will not be too much water retention.

Its the long blue straw type implant, about 2 inches long.........been in nearly 2 yrs but as not in sexual relationship cant see the point in having it in.......give my body a break from the hormones.

Am slightly gutted tonight........only lost half a measly pound........but I must be honest I usually put on at least 3 with TOTM.......so I should be happy......
 
it'll be reflected on the scales next week though hun. it all evens out and u have been so so good. well done on ur 0.5lb, it is a good chunk... you have seen what a lb of fat looks like xxx
