Soup advice.

I have just made this gorgeous soup and i just want to clarify that it is indeed free.

2 courgettes
1 sweet potato
1 small onion
2 veg stock cube (thought they were chicken ooops)
1 chicken stock cube (when i finally realised)
and a small dollop of asda good for you natural fromage frais.

I had a cream of courgette and sweet potato in a cafe one day and it was so nice so this was me slimming world first attempt and it really was nice.

thats a lot of stock cubes ! does it taste salty?

not salty at all, thats why there is so many in it. after one it wasnt tasty enough so chucked another in then realised it wasnt a chicken.

You should give it a bash. its really nice.
