Soya bran

Hi
I have problems with wheat but needed something to help with transit issues. I found soya bran in Holland & Barrett, checked the nutrition and it has less carbs and fat per 100g than wheat bran but more fibre. I've used it twice in Dukan bread (and it was great!) but wanted to make sure it wasn't on a banned food list - can't find any mention of it in the book. Can any of you experienced Dukaners help?

Thanks

It's not on the accepted food list, so up to you really.

I'd see if it stalls your weight loss or anything and then decide whether to keep using it. I avoid stuff not on the allowed list but if u can't have wheat and the nutritional info is ok then you might be alright. I'm no expert though x
