I thought that I would add mine on here. Hopefully other SW'ers may get some ideas but it will also help me to keep track and also to see which menus gets the biggest losses.

Today:- Original (Red) Day

Breakfast

3 Bowyers sausages (3 syns)
3 eggs scrambled
Mushrooms fried in butter frylight

Lunch

Prawns with 3 tbsp Tesco extra light mayo (1.5 syns)
HEXB jacket potato
Loads of salad with a boiled egg on top

Dinner

George Foreman Southern chicken breast with HEXB potato wedges and salad and mayo (1.5 syns).

After night out snack

Homemade chicken kebab and salad with mayo 1.5 syns

Snacks

Mullerlight yougurt and a Banana

It's a chicken breast with a Southern style marinade and they are free on Red (original) :eatdrink051:so I usually have 1 or 2!

Today:- Original (Red)

Brekkie:- Non existent (helping hubby fit a kitchen and didnt have time!)

Lunch:- Chicken and Bacon Salad with some Tesco extra light mayo (1.5 syns)

Dinner:- Homemade chicken kebab with salad, peppers and onion mix and HEXB jacket potato (this was the best dinner yet!!)

Pudding:-

Baked Chocolate Cheescake (from SW Website) 6.5 syns - This was lovely but I would leave out the orange zest.

Snacks:- Mullerlight yog

Dinner

Homemade BBQ bacon burgers with a HEXB of potato wedges

Dessert:- Skinny Cow Berry lolly

Brunch:- Chicken HXB with Batchelors Sweet chilli noodles.

Dinner:- Quorn sheperds pie

Snack:- Spicy Mug Shot

Pudding:- Skinny Cow Berry Lolly

Dinner:- Chicken curry (HEXB x 2) rice

Snacks:- 2 plums

Lunch:- Chargrilled chicken with mayo and salad. 2 eggs (1.5 syns)

Dinner:- Gammon Steak, HEXB potato wedges, 2 pineapple rings (2 syns)

Snacks:- Skinny cow berry lolly. 2 alpen light bars HEXB)

Brunch:- Chicken breast, BBQ Sauce (1 syn), Cheese HEXA x 2, Jacket Spud HEXB

Dinner:- Chicken Curry

Pudding:- Muller Light and 1 Alpen Bar

Dinner:- Homemade BBQ burgers with Jacket Spud HEXB and sald with a bit of mayo and light marg for spud 3 syns.

Pudding:- Pot of low fat custard and low sugar jelly (7 syns)

Dinner:- Egg Noodles, Chicken HEXB, mushrooms and Blue Dragon sauce (7 syns)

Snack:- Coucous cake (1 syn - only ate half!)

I havn't done a food diary for ages so I thought it was about time I started updating mine.

Brekkie:- Pasta with sliced chicken, black pepper and extra light mayo (1 syn)

Lunch:- Jacket potato with Heinz curry beans

Dinner:- Something very naughty cos it's after WI! ;):D

Snacks:- Mug shots, WW layers yogs (1 syn) and some more pasta salad if I feel like it!

It's not really brekkie. I dont eat till about 10.30 but get up at 7.30!

Brunch:- Chicken and pasta
Mid Afternoon:- Chicken with garlic mushrooms and a jacket spud
Tea:- Slow cooked beef curry with rice
Pud:- WW layers fromage frais
