I ate my willpower!
I thought that I would add mine on here. Hopefully other SW'ers may get some ideas but it will also help me to keep track and also to see which menus gets the biggest losses.
Today:- Original (Red) Day
Breakfast
3 Bowyers sausages (3 syns)
3 eggs scrambled
Mushrooms fried in butter frylight
Lunch
Prawns with 3 tbsp Tesco extra light mayo (1.5 syns)
HEXB jacket potato
Loads of salad with a boiled egg on top
Dinner
George Foreman Southern chicken breast with HEXB potato wedges and salad and mayo (1.5 syns).
After night out snack
Homemade chicken kebab and salad with mayo 1.5 syns
Snacks
Mullerlight yougurt and a Banana
