Hello, another new joiner who watched Michael Mosley's wonderful programme!

My schedule will be:-

Monday - DD
Tuesday - UD (running or zumba)
Wednesday - DD
Thursday - UD (running or zumba)
Friday - DD
Saturday - UD (running or zumba)
Sunday - UD (running or zumba)

I'm allowed 2012 on a UD and 402 on a DD.

I like your "avoiding the scales" for one month - I should try this as I do get on mine too much!
 
Couldn't resist jumping on this morning after Day 2 - 3 pounds down already!! :bliss:
