Hey there. So, I lost three stones on CD by Dec 2010, only to get really unwell afterwards. Was told I had developed gallstones. Was in such awful pain that I had to stop the diet. Finally had my operation this April and 6 weeks later I'm allowed back on.
Have a mammoth mission ahead as weight piled back on like crazy.
Started 1st June. Have my weigh in on Thurs and can't wait! Have produced the most amazing excel spreadsheet to keep me motivated! Hahaa! Such a geek!
I'm really ready to lose it this time. Too much of my life has been wasted due to insecurities about my weight and looks. Am ready to really live life again. Hope to find some like minded people here as Heaven only knows how much help I may need!!!!
