Got my supply of shakes for the week! Have a whopping 8 stones to loose!

This is my second journey on Cambridge, did really well first time round but head wasn't in right place at the time to stick with it! It was more a chore this time around it's a challenge!!

So far so good!! Having shakes every four hours... Water in between and feeling ok.. Thoughts do wander to food BUT I say to myself the food will still be there when I'm done!! This time of day is usually my faltering point, so I'm really impressed with myself so far!!
Worried about how I will cope tommorow as going out but I guess it's time to put ME first and what others think aside!
