Starting today all advice welcome

Hi guys starting this diet again did it a year ago and went from 15.5 stone to 12.5!

But uni and relationship break ups has taken its toll!
I now a goal to be a size 10/12 by the time I go back to uni in September.

Currently weighing 14st I need to learn to maintain it and loose it for good.

My doctor says I need to be at 10st for a healthy bmi.

So please encourage n help n ill be there for you all !

You know you can it as you have done it before - this is my third time on TFR and I must admit it's harder doing it this time than the other 2 cus I don't seem to have the same ketosis high I had the last 2 times so make sure this is your last go =)

Thanks guys I actually have to start today as I had a bug over the weekend and wanted to drink fruit juice. Anyway here we go day one! I did it before in my first year as I said and now I'm going onto my fourth year at uni in September so I want a good weight for graduation pictures for 2014 !

I can only handle shakes I hated the soups and now I have a box of shakes. Probably not the smartest idea but I must do this!
