How many calories should I be eating a day roughly to start with?
Hi i think many people use myfitnesspal to work out how many cals and so on, which is great. i think its 1200 cals but if you put your exercise in and so on it will work it all out for you.

Those are the rules yes, with cals a minimum of 1200, but to be honest you're better off just watching the fat at first, just til you get more sorted with the Xenical. I never watched cals for the first few months, and neither did a few others.

Yes, and make sure no more than 5g fat per 100g....else you may get caught out.

I've been on it almost 4 weeks, lost 7lbs first week, then only lost 2lbs over last 3 weeks but I think that was because I wasn't eating enough calories or fat a day.

I try to have minimum 1200 calories per day and no less than 40g fat per day.

I have my 1st monthly wi tomorrow at docs!
