stburgan food diary

Well after my gym session today I somehow got conned into doing 2 hrs. Worth of gardening. ( I don't even have a garden. Was dads) so am fully expecting to ache tomorrow.. Am thinking. Of the extra body magic

So it's a.study day at work for me today so generally quite long and boring

Hi no I weigh in Fridays but not tomorrow. As it's good Friday. Worked Tues we'd Thurs this week so can't get to a class so am gonna have to be good. And stay on.track for next week

Well am camping and my signal is iffy. Am flexi syncing. This weekend so aiming for 40 syns a day or.less

Well my sat sun were a bit iffy and not too slimming world friendly but have done loads of body magic so hopefully. Damage won't be too bad and have still Managed to drink lots x

Well today is my day off and between all the walking. Over easter and playing in park with my nephew and work my legs are killing but hopefully. Will ease off so can go. Gym. Am going out for,tea my cousin. Is going to make so slimming world fish and chips which am.looking forwards to.
On a side note am a bit down today as I think due to the weekend that am gonna have my first gain this weekend :'( anyway food for. Today
