Well it's weigh day lucky me. I have been quite good this week so it best be a loss as if I put on again am going to throw my dummy out!

Well camping was great ate loads of chicken. And marshmallows. Am away this week at Bridlington so am.gonna try increase exercise and eat what I want and hope for the.best then be supergood next week maybe do the 777 next week. X

Well my home scales say have put 1 on and town scales say have put 7 on!!! Don't think that's right tho as tho I haven't been good I haven't been 7 pounds bad either
 
Well just to reassure I had a friend weigh in at her local Boots. They said she had gained 6lb when she weighed in she had lost 2.

Hopefully same is true for you even if it means the 1lb gain.

7lbs is an awful lot to gain (Although can and does happen, mums friend gained 9lb 1 week but was living on take away and booze for 7 days) I would be inclined to think the scales in Town are very very wrong :p
 
I know I.wasn't impressed but quite confident there wrong as I haven't been that bad really lol
 
Well my last day of freedom before work and slimming world tomorrow. As it's oh. Bday today so today not a realistic day to start slimming world again lol
 
Ok so tomorrow am gonna try the 777 challenge which I think is 7 syns.speed and water ( am assuming standard glasses approx 300 ml so about 2 litres ish) feel free to comment I will add syns and water tomorrow as the day goes on

Snack apple blush pear punnet of grapes
Ha 2 babybel

Water 12/7 (3500ml) now feel can float
