Step 1 Sole Source Step 1 Sole Source: First Weigh in!!! ?

    Started the diet Monday morning. Didn't see my CDC until Tuesday evening.

    Just got weighed today as she's on holiday next week, so after TWO FULL DAYS this is my results:

    -6lbs
    -1" off my waist
    -1" off my bust
    Hips STS
    thigh STS
    -0.5 off my arm

    So 6lbs and 2.5" off in 2 days!!!

    #motivation

    Thank you all! I'm so impressed. Works out at 3lbs a day lol happiness is weight loss like this!

    Day 5 has gone ok. Just bored so want to eat! :(

    Didn't eat! Still 100% and still determined!

    I have a plan. I have some jeans that are from primark (so therefore suitable for stick insects only) and those are going to be my new weekly benchmark to see if I'm shrinking! Should keep me on the straight and narrow

    Ok I just tried them on an they fit perfectly so now, they're staying on!

    In shock! Only been doing the diet for 5 full days!!!

    Yay!! Well done! I might nick that idea. Day 5 today for me, BBQ out the way and I didn't crack. Not even with the homemade pavlova or the Pinot! I feel so happy!!!

    Thats amazing you should be so pleased with yourself :) I've been 100% too BUT avoiding all social occasions and bf is on a strict chocolate/crisps/takeaways in the house ban! Not long til you've done a whole week! Are you feeling any better?

    Not sure how much I want to lose yet, I don't know how much I weigh! Lol I just want to know my losses for a while. And then become more comfortable in my skin and then I'll find out.

    2 pairs of jeans to motivate me have been tried on and worn today. People are already commenting on my weight loss which is nice :)

    Wow that's impressive!!!! You've done so well!

    I managed bowling and the cinema and stuck to water the entire time!
    We all deserve brownie points!

    Yep definite brownie points for you LizzRob, the cinema is one of my weak spots, can't imagine being so strong on a cinema trip! Hope you're feeling really pleased :)

    I just had my water and got through the evening really well. Had my third shake when I got home so I didn't nibble.
    Quite proud of myself lol

    You should be proud! Really shows food is NOT necessary at the cinema, though I've yet to get my head around that one! Hope today is another good day :)

    Today I made my husband a full English and my children various other breakfasts.

    Then I made them ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch with fresh strawberries and chopped apple.

    (Chocolate eggs in between all of this obviously!)

    Now I've just prepped all the veg for the roast dinner tonight and got the meat in the slow cooker, Yorkshire pudding batter ready to go.....

    Hot crossed buns for supper too!

    And all the while, I have stuck to CWP!! Yay me!

    Reading this back, it's amazing that I'm the only overweight one in the family! Ha!

    Definitely yay you! That's amazing, and the diet itself should get easier from here so you'll be in an even better state of mind / physical state to resist! Huge pat on the back :)
