Day 1 back on SW after quite some time! LOL but motivated and glad to be back. I love all the new plans as well! Extra easy today, think I have it right! LOL
B: Fruit salad; lemon & passionfruit mullerlight
L: 2 "fried" eggs, sweet potato hashbrowns, beans
D: Roast chicken, rice, carrot & swede mash
Snacks: Toffee hi-fi HE B, skim milk in tea HE A, fruit
E: 45 min walk, varnishing the floor! :cry:
W: 2 litres water and herbal tea
Syns: was having a really good day, and then we went to the pub for a quick one and some friends ended up coming in and 3 1/2's later, I had used my 15 syns up!
