Morning all, I am back on sw, after a hiatus, not gained much luckily over the break, but back to it now, and need to lose 7 lbs by the end of the month before I go skiing
B: vanilla muller light, banana slices, tea
L: bns and sweet potato soup, with 1 lc lite stirred in
D: Macaroni cheese & cauliflower bake, steamed mange tout
S: HB egg, apple
E: 30 mins run/walk
W: 2 litres of water & herbal tea
