struggling and fell of wagon

gutted did 10 days then naffed up hubby had a take away i got a chicken kebab which would have been ok its just grilled chicken and salad but couldnt resist the pitta bread and then coz id had that thought sod it i may as well have a couple of glasses of wine back on it today but pee'd off with myself darent get on the scales :mad::mad::mad:
 
dont eat anymore food today and straight back on wagon tomorrow any weight you might of put on should be gone by monday
 
Yeah don't worry about it just get back on the wagon,I had a slip up and ate 3 slices of pizza last week and full fat coke and still lost weight,just carry on hun xx
 
I had a bad week last week and put on 0.8 lbs(not much but at one point I'd lost 3). Feel gutted about it, but actually think a bit of a break did me good and it's fired me up for success this week! Don't panic. Xx
 
Don't give up now! You are sooo close. Keep going. You'll nearly be at target by Christmas.
