SuePat10s Diary

Wayhay, back on properly.

Just had 2 shakes together and feeling uncomfortably full so no chance of nibbling tonight.

OH has gout and is feeling very sorry for himself - poor old buggar (he's 44!). My dad told me that it's 'man foot' and it'll get worse before it gets better :-D

I'm lurking too, suepat didnt know you had gone over to here.
Is it easier?? well done on 10lb loss. Might think about this one when i return to he UK
good luck with it xx

Hi Sue,

Congrats on the 10lbs weight loss - that's fantastic for your first week! I'm hoping mine will be similar.

How has the last few days gone?

Lou x

10lbs in your first week is amazing! Congrats! Are you finding the second week easier?

Hi all, sorry to have been AWOL.

Second week was a little harder - lost the 'adrenalin rush' of the first week but still good. I'd like to lose at least 4lb this week to get to the stone.

Got OH off again with gout and had to collect my son from school at lunchtime so no time to myself today. OH has 2 days off work a week this week its tomorrow and Wednesday so will be a real grumpy cow by Thursday!

WI tonight so will report back later xx

How did the WI go? x

Congrats! See it is worth the pain?! lol

Thank you.

I got a panic phonecall from my son from school this morning to say they didn't have enough people to help escort his year to the beach and would I help. Of course I said yes being a push over.

It was blooming cold and damp!! One child fell over and refused to leave the beach so 2 teachers stayed wiht him so one teach, me and another parent had to escort the rest back. Of course they decided to be little ratbags.

Ah well, to use a SW phrase, I can count it as body magic.

Hi Sue.

Lol at the ratbags.. the day has got to get better and at least your back in the warm now. Enjoy the rest of it. x

Hi Sue,

Just discovered your diary on here, hope it's going well for you.

Very well thank you xx

This cold weather is getting me down, not sleeping properly at night and really busy with work (I do 2 jobs from home). Juggling that with everything else is getting tiring BUT I'm not going to moan - nothing can be done about it except think that summer's nearly here (and my thighs won't be rubbing together this year), by the end of the year we'll have less debts to pay off so money will be easier and I do count my blessings I have a great son and partner.

I'm struggling having had 2 shakes so far today and my bar has to keep me going to 11pm but I will do it. Last Wednesday night I succumbed to a tin of tuna but not this Wednesday :D

what about a CD jelly or some hot veg flavouring soup thing. i had a cottage cheese meal yesterday from the ss+ collection as i'd done a lot of exercise and felt like i had no energy.

Thank you for your advice.

I'm not a lover of soup but a CD jelly sounds interesting. How do I do that?

Off to have a look round parts of the site it sounds like I've not seen before! xx

I 'think' you take 200ml of water and add half a teaspoon of the water flavourings and a measure of the mix a mousse, whizz it up and leave to set in the fridge.

Ah, thank you for that x

Was chatting with my mum this morning and she asked what we'd have to eat when we visit in a couple of weeks. I told her I was doing Cambridge - and then ducked - but she was really supportive and over the moon with my loss so far.

All my family live for years and years but my maternal grandfather and paternal grandmother both died young of things caused by their weight so she is really keen for us all to lose weight.

Hope everyone are having good days xx
