What have ou guys found to help you? I've got _such_ a sweet tooth - and i'm not very good at have a 'little' of something.

I think i've got a sugar monster inside me who just wants to dip a teaspoon, or several, in the iceing sugar (i'm resisting - and have just had an orange)

Ive heard after a couple of weeks of Gi the cravings start to go away, is this true?

definitely,you will lose the cravings. In the first couple of weeks stick rigidly to whatever plan you are following. It is the balance of foods that keep your blood sugars level and this stops cravings of all sorts. For your sweet treats, try chopping two plums and add a dessert spoon of mixed seeds such as flax,pumpkin and sunflower. you can also add these to apple or pears. you could top this off with a dessertspoon of yoghurt.
