Sugar free Jelly

Hi all,

I was hoping for some clarification on the tolerated 3 sugar free jellies - does this mean three of the little sugar free jelly pots?

I can quite easily go through a pint of the made up crystals in a day, although not every day! They have been such a life saver!

Definitely can have more than three pots - I have also got through a whole sachet of crystals in one day when I need to (PP days, TOTM). Must be three sachets. Which is quite a lot!!

From what I understand, it is three servings. One sachet is four servings in total.

That's the rule I follow too.

I eat one serving a day in the evening. Any more feels like i'm kinda eating empty food
