I lost 4lb this morning!!! Just 1lb off my 4stone shiny!!! :-(

It will be mine next week!!!

Since Jan, I have lost 16lb... So doing EE is definately working!

I am just finding my inch loss has slowed down, I really need to start my Kettleworx again! The inches were dropping off when I was doing it but my weight loss slowed down a little!

But I want to start toning up and Kettleworx really does change your body shape!! I will just have to accept smaller losses for a while!

I bought half of next in the Jan sale but I bought all size 22! I am currently a 24! (started at 30!)

The 22's fit but VERY snuggly! If I sneezed the zips would burst! Lol.. So I need to shift some inches, so they will fit better!!

ONLY 2 POSITIVES NEEDED TODAY...

1. IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

2. I LOST 4LB!!!!!

Very True... I feel like I have the diet cracked, I am just really struggling with the exercise!

I think kettle worx is going to be part of my Easter Challenge too!!

Oooooo... On top of my 4lb... I have a NSV (I think that's what there called!! :-/ )

I have a new work skirt that is a lot smaller than what I currently wear, only a few weeks ago it was far to tight over my bum!

I tried it on this morning and it fits!!! I also tried my smaller work blouse on and that fits too!! They make me look do much slimmer! The ones I am wearing now literally hang off me!!

I am not wearing them today, I am going to save them for Monday! I am going to treat myself to some new work shoes at the weekend, plus I am having my hair done in Sat! I can go in on Monday all sparkly and new!! xxx

Just popped in to say I am so pleased for you. You are doing so well !! (size 30 to size 22) How lovely that you fit in clothes that are so very much smaller than when you started.

I've been thinking bout kettlebells , so u recommend them , any in particular do u follow a DVD ? If so which one?

I use KETTLEWORX it was expensive but def worth it. Google it, I got recommended it from someone on here.

It's really good... Hard work but you see great results! Xxx

Yeah.... It's Valentines Day in the Sugar household!!

We are having a Romantic Meal at home. It's a night off plan for me but I will be straight back on it on Sunday!
