Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

I've been waiting for this cold to go to start, but I did watch a bit of it other nite....it dsnt look too hard tho tbh I did similar to it Wen I used to play rugby.....I'm not too good at star jumps tho! I nearly put my back out few years back doing one lol I also binned my hand weights while back so I might be using tins lol

Well I'm hoping to start the shred tomo. Planning on getting up early to do it.....pick my puppy up from my mums tomo and don't trust myself not to do a star jump on him lol this cold is starting to go aswell, and a bout time as its been over a week now! I don't expect a loss on sun due to this, even tho I've been good. I am how ever planning on having a huge baking weekend as I've been really down last few weeks and I've got friends over to eat all the cakes with a pot of tea....I'm doing a sw fruit roulade for me tho! I've just realised how much I sound like an old lady! Hahaha!

Yeh, I'm full of crap...I didn't get off my backside to do it. I imagine if I'm to do it I'll have to do it as soon as I get up in the morning, I had a long day of shopping and the last thing I wanted to do was bounce about like a crazy!

I've just done day 6 of level 1 and I've been doing it first thing to get it out of the way - I then feel virtuous all day knowing it's done! I have suffered with a headache since I started though but took a rehydration salt yesterday and feel 100% today. Moral of the story....keep the fluid intake up!

Good point M Louise H. I did some kettlebells exercise yesterday and had a bit of a headache afterwards. That probably explains it. Will make sure I have a couple of glasses of water to hand.

Ok, I've come to the conclusion that 1) I'm lazy and 2)I have no reason to exercise...yet. I think I need something to kick me up the ass to make me realise I need to exercise, for example a week when I sts or if I gain or even better, when I hit the 10's as I'll want to start and tone up when I'm getting closer to goal. I'm trying to convince myself that will work lol!

Edit: I found motivation somewhere and did day 1. I think I might be dead and I might hate Jillian. She nearly killed me. How the heck do people do that craziness for 30 days?

I enjoyed it for the first time this morning, but I'm already dreading L2 after having a sneaky peek!! Still on plan 100% this week and would love to get my Club 10 - 2lb to go :fingerscrossed:

Level 2? I'll be lucky if I look at Level 1 ever again. It was genuinely horrific. As soon as my workout was over I shut the dvd player off. Am I right in thinking that you do the same workout for 10 days, like there is only 1 level one workout that you're meant to do ten times as opposed to 10 level 1 workouts?

Am I correct in assuming that Sunday weighers weigh at home? If so, do you ever panic that your scales are incorrect? I'm worried that I think I'm doing better than I am. Rationally I think I am losing weight but it just worries me that maybe the scales are wrong.

I weigh at home and I think that as long as you use the same scales in the same place every week it is fine.

I haven't been around much this week because I am having a really BAAAD week :(
Just can't seem to stick to plan at all and don't know why!
Never mind - I am telling myself that whatever happens this week - I must sort myself out again next week and sometimes I just need to remind myself that I've not done so badly overall.

Good luck everybody xx

Yes, it's the same for 10 days then L2 for 10 days, then L3. I've just done D7 L1 and it really does get easier after about day 3-4. Stick with it - the results some on here have seen are unbelieveable! I am dreading L2 though

As dextersmum says, it doesn't matter if your scales are out slightly as long as you are weighing in the same place with the same scales then a loss is a loss.

I'm stealing a quote I saw on here a couple of weeks ago but someone said 'If you dropped your mobile phone you would pick it up, you wouldn't jump on it and smash it up'. In the same way a bad day/week doesn't have to spoil the hard work and great results so far. Draw a line a get back on the plan - you know you can do it!!

Thanks lovely am going to be extra, extra good today to try and salvage my week........never know might be lucky xx

I think I might start the 30d shred. Should have started it April 1st really but oh well. The 30th is my birthday and we're going out (hopefully) the week after so a couple of inches lost would be helpful.

I've been 100% on plan this week. Not done as much exercise as last week but still done some! Meal out tomorrow and chocolate eggs yummy :) I decided to save the packs of chocolate that come with the big egg and use them next week for my syns. Saves buying more chocolate!

The only thing that's making me not want to do the shred at the moment is the fact that people have said their loss slows down (obviously they lose inches instead), which I know is a good thing if it's making your actual shape smaller but I rely on the scales a lot to let me know how I'm doing...it's going to be hard when the losses slow. Not feeling too bad about tomorrow at the moment *fingers crossed and good luck*

Lol I freak out on a Saturday too and really try to avoid syns which is probably not a practical way to live life but it freaks me out a bit. I'm not too bad at the moment as I've been scale hopping and it seems ok, if it changes overnight there's a fair chance you'll need to talk me down from the roof in the morning lol!

I'm freaking out about tomorrow as I was away for a few days and out to eat each night. I really, truly tried to choose well but it wasn't always easy!

I weigh at home on a Sunday morning and am convinced my scales are wrong.

I hated Jillian as well after i did my first day of the level 1 shred (when we did the final set of punches i imagined she was in front of me!). However i don't think i will move on as quickly, in fact i might just stick to level 1 for the whole 30 days, given i'm still incapable of doing push ups (even the modified ones) or some of the floor exercises properly. I struggled to walk properly for several days afterwards as well. I felt awful. I've left quite a gap inbetween each of my days so probably not feeling it as much as someone doing it every day might. I was going to do it every other day but just keep forgetting!

I'm not looking forward to my weigh in at all this week. I've gone over my syns and its still my TOTM so not anticipating a great loss to be fair. Oh well, only the scales can tell me.

Good luck tomorrow everyone x

I like to check my weight over the week....then only count Sunday as that's Wen it gets put on my sw online chart. Weighed Yest at 930 and was well happy with wat it sed......how ever I'm now fully awake and have been since 6am but I darent move until 930 in the hope scales will say the same. Doubt it tho as I went out for food 4 times this week. Better pick up my book I'm reading lol
