Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

Awe chin up Louise, I reckon you'll be pleasantly surprised!

That should read chins up!!

Grrrrr - struggling this week and last 2 weeks have been brill. Must sort myself out!!

Come on lady, you can do it. New day, new start - treat yourself to your favourite SW meal tonight and remind yourself how much you love it. One good day, that'll be all it takes to get you back on plan.

I'm off to shred now as I've been delaying it for the last 45 mins by sitting here on the internet :wave_cry:

Thanks Louise and you are right must get back on plan. Think I've worked out where I've gone wrong - I had bought some weight watchers ready meals and had one last night and one the night before. They are soooo not a good idea........not filling at all - cooking tonight for me lol

Well done on shredding xxxxxxxx

I agree about the ready meals being less filling. When I cook from scratch I tend to plan in more veg but I do understand it can be difficult for those coming in from work ready to eat a horse. (Original and Extra Easy only of course!)
Perhaps a bowl of veg or a salad to go with would help?

Don't know if this will help but this is what I do as I leave for work 7am and get home sometimes after 7pm so don't have much time.
I keep syn free batchelors pasta n sauce, batchelors rice and also super noodles in the cupboards and make sure I have salad or veg in, I try to get salad bags and microwave veg in as its quicker to do them. Days Wen I'm home earlier or off work I try to use my slow cooker for currys or chilli, once I even did gamon in it. I am organised, but not all the time....I have been known to eat supernoodles with a can of cold mushy peas pmsl mc Cain do microwave potatoes that are very low syn aswell. Then there's always good old stir fry, I get mine from Asda as its in a multibuy. I always cook from scratch if I'm off work tho as I love cooking. Also I really try not to have even low syn items in that can be made quick as it forces you to make somthing else syn free instead. If I'm really struggling for time I don't use my bread as hex as breakfast, or somtimes if needs must I syn it and I do poached eggs or beans on toast. Might not be any use to you or you might already know this but thought is share.

I've started doing my own Chinese chow mein now so I've stopped take aways (the take away is opposite our house basically....and I have been known to get it delivered!! Lol ) And sw chips is often on the menu at ours lol

Thanks Kimmie and yes really, really helpful. Today has been much better - I took the WW ready meal to work for lunch and had a McCain spud with tuna and huge salad followed by half the fruit bowl!! I also love cooking and traditionally Friday was takeaway night but now I do a SW version which is just as quick and much cheaper/tastier!! Tomorrow is egg fried rice with chicken & sticky Chinese pork with noodles - double yum.

Gonna use up the frozen ready meals for work now and not buying them again.

Thanks lovely xxxxxx

Well I've just got out the bath after a full 27hrs at work doing a stocktake....and I've only just realised its weigh day tomo! Been that busy! Did really well food wise tho....every1 had cakes n treats....I had apples salad rice and pasta for my meals, and I only gave in to a bag of 4syn crisps my work wife gave me....think my legs are going to drop off! Will help with weigh in I guess lol

I'm really gutted...my legs and knees are swollen :( im guessing its due to standing for hours. Got my feet up to help aid flow. Hope it dsnt effect weigh in

Oh no, kimmie. Will keep my fingers crossed for you :)

Does anyone ever have days where they feel good in that they're being proactive and doing something about their weight but yet still feel rubbish.

I personally think I've done really well so far but I looked in the mirror and still feel gross! Probably doesn't help that I'm bloated cause of my stupid bloody * ahhh!

Well done, Louise! :D

I'm really convinced my scales are ballsed up. Due to my serial weighing obsession the lightest I've shown this week was 10st 10.25lbs. This morning I weigh in at 10st 9lbs. Ahhhhh! I can't believe it :D

That's a loss of 4lbs, which seems weird given that it's * week, it actually makes me nervous when I have losses like that simply because I'm convinced it's wrong and something will happen next week and the fact that I've now very nearly lost 2 stone yet haven't consistently dropped a dress size is worrying :s

Anyways, for now, I'm being positive and taking it!

Good luck everyone who is still to weigh :)

2lb off for me :)

1lb off for me this week! :)

Yay Why_d :bunnydance: Does that mean that this week saw very little of you socialising??

I am pleased to report a 1lb loss. This means that :-
A) I have kept on the wagon for 2 weeks
B) Zumba twice a week must be helping!!

.....and I had a meal out on Friday - albeit as healthy as poss at a Harvester.

Feeling real positive - good luck y'all

BTW - where's Blue Smartie & SS (and Sum) ? I miss them :-(
