Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

This week has been absolute crap. sorry for the language. Started off so well till Wednesday then went to see jeff dunham.oh went to toilet and came back with snacks!I could have been more prepared but i got delayed during the day, the went out to nando's on thursday (within syns) had chinese that night mushrooms in oyster sauce,rice and broccoli. Then out yesterday and had a gut busting burger at yates!

To top it off the battery has ran out on my scales and new ones wont be here till tuesday

3.5lbs loss this week - yay! I'm 1/2lb off from joining the 10% club :)

Ok just been talking to a friend and feel a little bit wick, told them my loss this week was 4 and they said that was great but I shouldn't weigh Myself in the morning as it doesn't give you your true weight. My counter argument was that there's no specific time each day when everyone's weight is right, surely it just depends on what time of day you weight at each week and as long as your repeat that it's ok? Am I right/ wrong? I'm definitely a bit annoyed lol!
 
I always weight in on a morning every week. My idea being that i have not ate or drank anything at this time so the weight on the scales is all me.
I think as long as you weigh in the same time each week it doesnt matter
 
2lbs off for me.

It's my birthday tomorrow so I have quite a few days out and meals out this week, so I'm not really expecting a loss next Sunday!

Weight fluctuates during the day. When I used to go to club it was an evening weigh-in, and now I'm doing it at home it's a morning weigh-in.
Provided you choose the same time (-ish) every week it really doesn't matter.

I also go by a monthly loss, because you get fluctuations in a week also due to stuff like star week, illness etc!!!

Utter bullsh.......poo. As long as you weigh same place, same time and similar clothes (if you're somewhere you have to wear them!!) then you have a consistency that will show your weight loss accurately. If you can though ease up on the serial weighing, once a week is definitely the best way!

I also do a morning weigh in. I feel the same about it being all me, before I have eaten breakfast. I weigh in about the same time and wearing the same clothes, well nightclothes actually. I just wear my nightie!

2lbs off for me today. I am pleased with that. Lots of losses on here this morning. Well done everyone.
 
I just had a bright moment and realised my kitchen scales take the same battery as my weight scales.
Just popped on and taking into account iv had breakfast iv lost about 0.5 which considering what iv eaten this week im over the moon it wasnt a gain lol
 
Hi everyone, congrats on the losses.I had another 1lb loss this week, which is great considering avisit to an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet the other night,when I was really reallyhungry so as you can imagine not too many good choices going on there...I think I must have inhaled the first plate!
Anyway, 30-DS is doing its thing and I can see a big difference in my clothes and I was asked by my hairdresser the other day if I had lost weight. I actually weigh more now than I did when I saw her 5 weeks earlier and she is so convinced she straight out and bought Jillian's vid!

Gotta run, and will check in again later.

K you should know me better than that! if truth be told, I ate out three nights this week and also had night of clearing some high synned food from the freezer (I'm about to move house and want to run the freezer down) but… The nights I did eat out (with the exception of one) I made half decent choices.

I agree I'm missing some of the old gang... I've not seen Ozzie about for a while either
 
Been so bad these last 2 weekends and its finally caught up with me. I've had a gain of 4lbs which is more than i thought i would get but given the eating and drinking i've been doing its hardly surprising. Not expecting a massive weight loss this week either, i'm having to buy some new scales which i'm sure will probably weight slightly different and it will also be my TOTM. Oh well, only Sunday will show me what is happening.

Yes I miss Ozmoz too - I hope she is ok? I know that times have been really tough for her. Maybe she is busy with a new job eh? I do hope so!!

Well, after a fantastic weekend at my old uni, with some naughty food and LOTS of alcohol, I just hopped on the scales to find I've gained four pounds! Ooops! Haha I don't mind though it was deserved and I had a fab time. Just got to shift it this week. :)
 
Clocking in later than usual today. Put on 1/4lb this week so negligible. Have done pennance by going on a four hour hike in the Wienerwald on the outskirts of Vienna. I can hardly walk I am so sore. That should shift a pound or two!
 
well due to my horrid 27 hours at work.....my legs still havent recovered....then my loss of 2lb....i let my hair down yesterday....which i dont do very often...i limit myself to 5-10 syns day and i dont drink booze either....so i had a massive blow out meal....i have pictures of the huge sundae we had after and the cornflake cake i had as my tea lol and you know what...i dont care cuz its wat i needed!

Anyway back on it straight away today and i have a bet with my OH that i will loose enough lbs this week to get me into the 12s!! only £5 but im going to bloody well try hard!! good luck everyone!!
