Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

Meeeee!!!!! !00% day yesterday....and another one today

Breakfast: Poached egg, bacon and tomato
4 teas and coffees with skimmed milk (Hex A)
Lunch: Smoked Salmon on wholewheat bread (Hex B) with watercress and horseradish sauce and a glass of wine
Grapes for snack
G&T
Supper: Gammon, roast potatoes and coleslaw

Syns: Wine (6) horseradish (1) G&T (4) Light mayo (1) pus a halls throat sweet (1)

Perhaps I'll have hot chocolate or a yoghurt as I feel a sweet craving coming on...either way I will be under 15syns!!!!

Yep, I'm in - had a 95% day yesterday which, for a Sunday, is an achievemnet for me.

Today's Plan - Green Day

Breakfast: Wholemeal 2 slices HEB1, Philadelphia Light HEA1, Milk HEA2

Lunch: Baked potato, Cottage Cheese, Fruit, Yoghurt

Dinner Chilli (mince HEB2) with extra peppers and rice
 
I am aiming for one today!

Breakfast: Muller Greek Yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries
Snack: 2 Alpen Lights (Hex B)
3 tea and coffee with milk (Hex A)
Lunch: Ratatouille and Pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, ham, cheese (Hex A),peas, beetroot and apple salad
Supper SW Curry and Rice
Syns: G&T x2 (8) Salad dressing (1) Olive oil (2)

Ahhh...I am working hard at getting into the ELEVENS!!!! I see you are too! Weigh in for me next Sunday! I will post here everyday to keep you updated! You too?

I'd had a massive gain the week before so most of it will have been fluid - nothing to be proud of after the 9 lbs I'd gained!!!!!

Lunch: Omelette with bacon, mushrooms, courgettes. Fruit, Yoghurt

Dinner Roast beef, roast potatoes (HEB2) & veggies
