    Morning all
Brightening up here in Wirral so hopefully can get out the washing to dry -things that make us smile. Loads of housework to do as I was lazy yesterday need something to give me a kick up the bum after a week at work I don't have the inclination like I used to. My mum says it may because I am finding F/T too much? I so want to be organised for Christmas and not leave everything until the last minute, maybe I need some vitamins or something? Any ideas?
    And my menu for today:
B/F 1 Activia w/g with Kiwi - 3.5 syns but oh so nice. Then followed later with loads of grilled mushrooms on W/M toast (HEXB) and 1 Tbs brown sauce - 1 syn
Will snack on mug shot and fruit etc until late afternoon when we have Sunday roast which will be quorn, roasted sweet potato and parsnip, sprouts, carrot and swede with a small amountof gravy (syns).
    Speak later.

I need a kick up the bum too and I don't work full time although I do have a 3 year old!!!

You sound very organised foodwise today :) As for vitamins, I'm not sure to be honest. I usually put my lack of 'oomph' down to winter LOL. I think we should just hibernate till spring. Imagine how much weight would fall off during hibernation. ;)

    Hi
I can orgaise my menus and start off every day with good intentions about the things I am going to do in the home and then bang I run out of 'steam'. Going to look at my vitamin catalogue tonight.
You will be very busy with a 3 year old somaetime wish my teenagers were young again - they are growing up so quickly.
