Sunshine's Trip To Pre Baby Weight (start Thurs 13th oct, p 91)

I am doing the 100 plan but still on the first week, I think I started it last Thursday, so wasn't sure if I should move up to 1000b this thursday, but if I did I couldn't split my meal so that I could have 1/2 lunch and 1/2 dnner, so think I will stay on 1000a for a bit longer, especially as I haven't managed to lose anything so far this week...
 
Greeneyes, what is the difference in the 1000 cal a and b plan? x
 
More carbs in the b week, you follow a for a week and the b for a week and idea is then to move up to 1200... I think 40g couscous on a week, 50g couscous on b week, plus b week you can have tomatoes, peppers, corn on the cob, etc, so it just puts your carb intake up higher ready to move on to 1200.
 
It's really fun introducing food again Eternal. I'm loving it. I actually stopped eating pasta as it bloated me so much and now I can eat the wholegrain pasta without the bloating. You get your taste buds back.:) I remember I got so bored with food. I just ate and ate loads of rubbish and just got bored of everything. I'd forgotten about this until my sis the other day said it's happened to her. This CD malarky is just fab!!!! :)

Have loved reading through your thread.... the band sounds great! What festival are you playing? I hope it all goes brilliantly! Your food choices sound great, and I am glad the weight is starting to shift again. It always amazed me, but sometimes you need to move UP a plan to start the losses moving again!

Gosh from being constipated on 810 for 10 weeks, to normal for first week on 1000 to tonight....the runs!!!!! Crazy diet :)

Tomorrow is my last day teaching at the college (still do part time private tho over summer). This means I should be able to spread my meals out easier and will have more time to experiment with my menu's a bit. (god my tummy is bad!!!!)

I've had a lot of chocolate on CD, bars and shakes. I thought i'd have whatever i really liked to keep me on track through CD. I just wonder if I'll be wanting chocolate after CD!! probably! I'll probably still be having the bars as a snack and making cookies from them! at least it's a healthier option.

Also on 1000 plan A, has anyone skipped 1000 plan B and gone straight to 1200? Just interested. I'm using 1000A to keep losing. I wonder how long I'll be doing CD.

I still have the bars sometimes and even choc shakes as hot choc, even now I am officially off the plan. It's because they are a bit less sweet than the usual hot choc/choc bar and I have no bad 'binge' associations with them... also, I am aware they have lots of nutrients and that feels better than eating 'empty' cals. CD should make a range for maintainers maybe!

I've now lost 2 stone...... I'm so chuffed it's brilliant. Such a manic day now ahead I can't think about it but hurray :)

I love pasta too and always found it bloating myself, so will look forward to re-introducing that as wholemeal too. 2 stone loss too, you're doing really well. xx
 
Woohoo well done on losing 2 stone, excellent, you must be really pleased... after joining the gym this week I have actually put on 1lb, my CDC thinks that I am maybe not eating enough calories as I am burning around 250 a day at the gym, so if I dont have a weightloss next week she wants me to move up the plans, which I am happy with... have a great day, only 3 days to your festival... are you getting nervous yet?

What a brilliant day! Makeup , hair , teaching and band rehearsal. It was all fab.

Only got to have dinner at 10 30 pm..... and did have pasta, mushroom and spinage. Nice and has done the job. No time for protein today! That's a first in a long time!

Greeneyes, it's fab you're back at the gym and yeah going up the plan is a great idea. How's the gym going anyway?

Eternal, great news that you're moving up to 810. Have you shopped for your fab holiday yet? :)

Alexmummy, thanks hun, I'm very chuffed. How strange I'm losing lbs again now I'm on 1000. Our bodies work in funny ways and now I'm eating enough fruit I have plenty and haven't missed the 3rd cd meal tonight.

Hey Sunshine, glad everything is going fab for you..... the gym is going great, I am only doing 40 mins of cardio at the moment, he wants me to get a bit fit before moving on to the weights which is fine by me as still need to lose a few lb and building muscle will not help this. I do 15 mins cross trainer, 20 mins treadmill and 5 mins rower... even after 2 days I feel fitter already and yesterday when I got home I felt good instead of like I was dying.... lol. Have a great day.
 
Hi Greeneyes, that sounds great. The rower is so good for toning arms too. It's a great buzz after the gym. I need to keep going but just been so busy. I'll get going when things start to calm down for me middle of next week.

Another lb off today!!! Can't believe this. That's 3.5lbs in 9 days of 1000. Why was I ever scared of leaving 810 and moving up????

So happy that the lbs are finally shifting xxx
 
well done on 4.8lbs to go, glad you are enjoying the 1000 plan, it's fab isn't it after the long weeks of SS etc it feels like getting back to 'normal'....yay for you!!

Thanks Lelly! I actually did 810 from the start. Tried ss last year and it wasn't for me. I thought I'd have more chance staying on track from 810 and it's worked. but I do have ss experience. But yes the difference even between 810 and 1000 is pretty big!

Having a lovely relaxing day pottering around the house, doing a bit here and there, mainly relaxing my voice as I've been singing way too much after being ill that time. Teaching from 4.30-7pm and then tonight as it's oh's birthday we're off to see the midnight showing of Bruno lol.

Tomorrow will be shopping for shoes with my sis and trying on my bridesmaid dress for her......can't wait to see the difference. (i mean the sample one in the store), it was a size too small last time, the first time it was 2 sizes too small :) )...so maybe this time it will fit!!! The one on order can be taken in up to 2 sizes so that's fab but at least I can see the dress and how it will look. Then i'll have a short band practise and a fairly early girlie night for my big day on saturday.

God when my hairdresser (friend of mine) took the heated rollers out yesterday... i looked like my nan. I just needed a blue rinse and i could have seen what I'll look like in my 80's lol hahahahahaaha! It was fine tho when he pulled it all out and backcombed bits and god knows what else LOL
