Super cheap, superspeed, super success express week

Ok breakfast is 2nd HEB of waitrose porridge with ran with 160ml soya milk, part of a HEA (rest taken up with tea). Witjfrozen strawberries and raspberries stirred in. That'll be my superspeed food too. Eaten in bed, as it's far too cold to be too far from my duvet

Good luck for tonight. I was ill too and had way too many unsynned lozenges

Lost 11.5lbs argh!

Still loving this thread :)

I have porridge a lot for breakfast at the mo, as i find 1oz of most other HEB cereals don't fill me up. I grate an apple into mine, its really nice and still syn free as its not mashed or cooked :)

Rats! Was doing really well today. Had brekkie. Went to bed. Got up at 3pm and synned a hifi bar. Went to visit my mate and her new baby. Chef husband insisted on cooking dinner. It was this gorgeous, syn laden fare. It would be rude to say no. I think it was actually 2/3 superfree randomly, but it also had lots of nuts, I could taste olive oil and then there was the white bread and chocolate pudding. Gulp! It's only one meal out of 21. Plan now is 100% success express tomorrow and no syns. Working a day shift, so will have to take a barrel of fruit with me lol. Please body, shift several ugly pounds of fat by Wednesday!

Don't worry like you said one meal! I would not put too much pressure on you to have no syns just go for it the rest of the week. I had porridge thus morning with a scan bran crumbled in and cooked with it. Was lovely and kept me much fuller! But now no hex left I do like green for that. I'm still off sick, I'm in my jammies about to dive into the new mag :)

Hope your day is going well, looking forward to your other meals x x

Thanks for the encouragement. You've done so well. It's amazing what happens when you stick to plan. I adore my green days! They've been good to me, but I have generally been 100% with them. Just the odd day off every few weeks.

Told ya my work meals would be boring repeats. More root veg stew with toast

Well done great loss!! :) I think I will do a success express week with you in Jan :)

Well done on the 2lbs off. You're veg stew looks nice, I kind of had the same! I called mine stewup :D I made a very thick veg soup, and was going to add more stock to water it down a bit but decided i liked it thick and chunky so its a cross between a stew and a soup!
