I got this tonight from my group, going to try it this week to see if i get a bigger loss :D

Superspeed tomato soup

2 x 400g tins of tomatoes
1 tin of carrots (drained)
1 tin baked beans
1 chicken oxo or bovril stock cube
1/2 pint water
1 pickled onion

place all ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor then blend.
Heat as required.

free on both green and extra easy days
A lady in my group made this and said it was the closest soup to Heinz that she had tried. She also used some of it instead of passata on a smash pizza. I'm really not keen on tomato soup so I won't be trying it

Rememeber to blend when cold then heat!!

I know I might sound really stupid but here goes, why blend when cold? I had a vegetable soup in my slow cooker ready for last night and blended it when hot, was yummy!!! Does it change the flavour or something? Wanna try the tomato soup so just clarifying before I make it... Thanks :)
