Lets share recipes for those meals that are pretty much 100% SS foods or close to that

For those days before weigh in where you feel like you've had a bad week, we all know weight loss is as much emotional as it is physical so sometime eating a really healthy food that's gonna help can make you feel better.
 
I have a brilliant one.. 2 peppers. 2 onions 1 red one white 1 courgette chop them up put them in a baking dish. Pour over a can of chopped tomatoes and half a carton pasatta and add your spice. I go for tabasco and dried chilli and garlic its delicious! Pop in the oven for 20 min uts super quick and super speedy :) xx
