Supplements... What do you use?

I use brown rice and hemp protein, multivitamins, and magnesium before bed; in the winter I also add vit-D3 in the mornings.

I have fish oils but they don't seem to do much.

What about you?
 
At the moment I take Collagen, Turmeric, Glucosamine, L-Glutamine, Omega Fish Oil, and a Multivitamin and Mineral tablet.
