Today is my first day on sw - have done it before. Am going it alone as cant get to a class and its too expensive to do online.

HEA - semi skimmed milk for tea
HEB - 2 small wholemeal bread

Breakfast
Bacon, egg on two small wholemeal with a tbsp of brown sauce

Snack - Mullerlight greek style luscious lemon

Lunch - Jacket potato with bolognese made with lean minced beef and dolmio original bolognese sauce

Snack - Mullerlight greek style luscious lemon

Dinner - not sure yet, will have to edit later
 
Don't forget that one third of your plate should be made up of super free foods, i.e. fruit and veg
