Extra Easy SW - 128 Days to be bikini ready!

What's it called the Facebook group? I might have to join it too for some inspiration. Otherwise I just flick through the same books looking at the same recipes and end up making the same ones.. I might buy the SW Fakeaways book. Going to get on ebay now
 
Ok so, back on it yesterday, best day in over a week:

Breakfast
2 Weetabix & 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk

Jacket potato (McCain, 1 syn) & Beans

Dinner
Sweet Potato & Pepper Omelette (bit of a disaster, kind of ended up as eggy vegetables and the eggs gave me bellyache)

Snacks
Thai Noodle Mugshot
Grapes
Banana
Alpen Bar (3 syns)
Small teenyweeny bitesize piece of cake (an inch cubed at most!)

Total= 4 + whatever in cake (not 11 or more surely)
 
So good day yesterday:

Breakfast
2 Weetabix & 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk (Hex A&B)

Lunch
Jacket Potato (McCain 1 syn) & Beans

Dinner
Heck Sausage & Mushroom Risotto (1.5 syns)

Snacks
Grapes
Banana
Alpen Bar (3 syns)
Cherry Muller Light

Then I went out with my friend and had 2 Britvic 125ml Pineapple Juices. I can't find a syn value for this online though. Found the calories online and think it works out at 5 syns.

Total = 10.5 syns
 
Not such a brilliant day yesterday, but not bad overall in the grand scheme of the week ANd I did swim fit 32 lengths which apparently burned 470 calories, so hoping that helps lol.

Yesterday was a better day, tried really hard to keep my syns down after Weds. Zumba-ed in the evening and am currently entering round 2 of 'resist the cake' at work!

What's upsetting is even the days I try and keep my syns low, I still have nearly 10 :( I'm finding this so hard.
 
I know, but I go over so regularly that it's hard not to stress. My old diet was SO bad, if you'd have assessed the syns in a typical day it would have been about 700 so now I feel like I'm being really good only having 4 chocolate digestives but am still massively over my syn allowance. I don't want to feel like crap in a bikini though :(
 
Normal baked potatoes are, but the McCain ones have got added sunflower oil in so are 1 syn each. But I feel that 1 is worth it for the ease of microwaving for 5 minutes!
 
I did for a while minnie, it's a recent discovery I have made!

Thanks Kirsty :) I'm trying to stay motivated, I've resisted cake twice this week and just had a Vanilla with Cherry Underlayer Muller (1.5 syns) instead of a doughnut (12 syns) and feel very proud of myself!

Yeah, I've been trying really hard to be on it this week and it kinda paid off - I lost 1lb. Though to be fair I didn't weigh the week before after my terrible week so it could have been like 3lb if I'd gained then!

Total = 26 syns (approx)

Mango Cooler (No idea of syns, hopefully not many as it's just fruit juice and ice!)

So CONSIDERABLY better than previous weekends!
