SW Food Diary - bikini body

-2lb at weigh-in last night, quite chuffed with that, as had a couple of weeks where I'm not sure if I've been good or bad. Last night I did have a bit of a blow-out and ate my body weight in chocolate biscuits... And it is star week too this week.
However! I'm now only 1.5lb from target, and with only 4 weeks until my next holiday I would love to get that off and a couple more lb just to give me a bit of breathing space.

Plan this week is SUCCESS EXPRESS. Will post my food diary in a bit
 
Oh my Gosh you're so close, am so so proud of you! I bet you can get more than that off before your hols and have a bit of relaxation when you're away!

Plus the rule should be that any amount of any kind of biscuits are acceptable on * week, I've got a night in on my own on Fri, I may also apply this rule!

I do agree with that! And at least I got it out of the way straight after weigh-in. I'm in love with biscuits, especially on an evening when there is something good on telly, i've even found a way of crocheting and munching at the same time. Haha.

And Crocheting totally counts as a work out so you're burning the biccies off! :p

: Melon, strawberries and nectarine with mullerlight

L: Salad (Mixed leaves, tomato, cucumber, pepper) with FF dressing and a tin of sardines in tomato sauce, with an apple.

S: Mullerlight Apple Pie (1 syn) Banana (before running)

T: Speed soup and scan bran.

Really enjoyed my efforts session at running last night, and it's supposed to be good for me too, bonus!

T: lemon chicken from the Asia book and egg fried rice with stir fried veg.
 
I'm pretty rubbish at filling this in these days, still sticking to it, and I have weigh-in tonight, but with running, work and crochet to do, as well as cooking, cleaning and general household stuff, I have very little time.

Hoping for a STS of 0.5lb either way tonight. I've had a very good week, apart from Saturday night, and a little mini blow-out after weigh-in last week. So can't really expect too much, but hoping the body magic and 6 on-plan days should help counteract it.

Thanks!! So, so chuffed I got it last night. I really wasn't expecting either as I'd had a crazy night out on Saturday and had takeaway and a meal out and drinks. But I must have managed to pull it back with less syns all week and the extra body magic. Woop

Had a curry in celebration last night.
1/2 portion Lamb rogan josh, 1/2 portion pilau rice, 2 onion bhajis, 1/3 naan bread and a handful of chips. 1 poppadum with a little dip. And a chocolate bar. Oh and half a bulmers mixed fruits.

Haha!! So this morning I made the decision to keep on losing a little bit before my holidays to give me the extra little bit of leeway when I go in 3 weeks and 2 days time. :)

Food Today

B: peach, apricot, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, grapefruit and grapes.

S: Apple

L: Salmon with mixed leaves, tomato, cucumber, pepper and FF dressing. Mullerlight and pineapple.

S: Banana, choc orange hifi.

T: Omelette!! Nom nom

I said well done on ********* so well done u.
Any tips how to loses last few pounds. I have 5.5 to get to my target. I'm really struggling to keep going esp when the scales aren't budging much. Pretty pls xx
 
I think the main thing is to not over think it too much and panic about getting there. This week I just relaxed, followed the rules, allowed myself some treats and did a little bodymagic.

Go back to your book as if you were a new member. Look at all your meals and make sure your getting enough superfree.

Thankyou Hun I did lose 1.5 tonight. But am being really good can't wait to get to target. 3.5 lbs to go x
 
WEIGH DAY!
I've been fairly good this week... Kebab and half a bottle of wine on Saturday night and I did have an indian the night I got to target. But apart from that, I've been well under my syns every day and stuck to lots of super free and super speed foods.
I'm also in training for my 10k this sunday and half marathon in September, so I'm getting plenty of body magic in as well.
Hoping for a STS or 0.5lb either way I think.
