I got my stone award to night, i am so pleased....
After many many weeks either staying the same, or gaining 0.5lb then losing it again then sts, i was just about to give up.
My 6 week count down ran out last week, so i thought i would switch to EE - and with a lot of help and support from my here, thank you all so much
So even though this is going to be a slow ride - my next goal is my Club 10 need to lose 3 lb , so fingers crossed in 3 weeks time i will have my goal....
