Tablespoon measure or serving spoon?

I'm starting refeed on Saturday, coz I go on holiday the following Sat.
I've read all the guidance and read peoples refeed diaries and I have a question please.
The veg is supposed to be measured in tablespoons. Now, I have a set of measuring spoons and the tablespoon one is tiny weeny! It seems to me that it wouldn't be actually worth cooking that amount of veg!!
Do they mean the sort of tablespoon you get in a cutlery set, you know a serving spoon?
I understand that I should only have small portions, but if I used my tbs measure, I'd lose the veg in the pan!!

sorry hun cant help you ere but hope someone comes along soon to help you xxx

You might want to ask this in the refeed section so people who are refeeding can help

if you have a set of measuring spoons then a tbs should be marked on it, if not, then a serving spoon is about the same size hun, gl on your refeed, but I don't think a little more than advised would do you any harm, use your own judgement - you will know if it looks too much, as a tablespoon isn't a lot x x x
