Lost 4lb 1st week so used some weekly points as a treat (pro points)
My husband an I (he lost 3.5 in 1st week and is so supportive) shared 1 portion boiled rice, 1 portion veg chow mein(long tray) and 1 portion of mushrooms in gravy (small tray) we thought these were the healthiest options
How much would u point for This ? Xx
