Seems I could have a possible prolapsed disc in my back :(
On the plus side, food has been 100% since weigh in x

Another day off for me... Woke up in horrendous pain! F*** sake!!! At least I have bits I can do to work from home.
Breakfast: HEXA milk
HEXB porridge
Banana

Lunch: think I'll have a beans jacket

Dinner: salmon, sp mash, carrots n peas. (4 syns for butter)

Yeah, it's just going to take time. I have daily exercises to do and my friend has just dropped off stronger pain killers... Bless her!
I have to see the physio again next week to reassess and see if there's any improvement. Xx

That's only problem with slimming world, quick grab snacks can be quite high. That's why ww suits me best. Least ur within ur syns xx

Morning,
I'm back into work today; feeling slightly better; did some exercises for it just before bed. Pain relief to follow after food!!
Breakfast: HEXB porridge, muller, mixed berries, banana
HEXA milk allowance

Lunch: I finish early today so I'll have a pasta n sauce when I get home (either 1 syn or free?)
And some fruit

Dinner: piri piri pork, mixed Mediterranean veg and golden rice with coleslaw (3 syns)

Wednesday is usually my downfall day so I'm making sure I stick to plan!!!
 
Oh and today marks the start of lent where I'm giving up cakes and desserts :)
 
I wish I could commit but it's my birthday next week and no chance ill not be naughty xx

Breakfast HEXB oats, muller n fruit

Lunch: I had meatloaf and salad at work (2.5 syns) for meatloaf and 3 syns for coleslaw

Dinner: piri piri pork, rice n veg and no coleslaw tonight.

Snacks: crab sticks
Apple/banana
Alpen light bar (3 syns)

Total: 8.5 syns x
