Well I am on lates again this week so I wouldn't have been able to go training anyway. I am trying to rest but I can't stay still. And if I keep it in one position for too long it hurts worse anyway. It's manageable at the moment so I'm not too bothered

Best not to train while your knee is still giving you problems. I know it's a nuisance but it will be a bigger nuisance if it gets worse and you can't train for ages. Best to let it get better while it's still a new/small problem x
 
My work is keeping me from training this week but I will see how it goes next week. As long as it doesn't get any worse then it's all good
 
Put a cushion under your knees when you are resting and exercise it gently. x
 
Yeah I sleep with a pillow under my knees and when I am putting my feet up I have either a cushion or my other foot under my knee to stop it falling back

Woo hoo I lost 2lb! That's quite a lot for me as my losses have been really small lately, if at all! Tickers on the move again and time to update those mini goals
 
Updating my mini goals

1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back!
1lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 4lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 8lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 10.5lb to go.
