Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Uh..... what did I say? Did I utter something funny?

Hi Taz. I guess I've missed you again but good luck with the weigh in tonight. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you x

Right well I put on half a pound which is really hardly worth registering and after my pig out last night the scales are still saying the same so I don't think that's too bad! I am properly back into my martial arts now after a brief spell of various injuries and illness and late shifts! I have a privae lesson next friday and on the Saturday I have 2 gradings which total about 4 hours of hard exercise!

As promised I am updating my mini goals:

1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back! 1lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 4lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 8lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 10.5lb to go.

Yea - but your muscles are toned now aren't they?

I done my shopping online last night and Mr Tesco delivered it this morning. Definately the easiest way to shop but I won't always do it that way. It's great for if you don't have the time to go to the store or you are on a budget and can't afford impulse buys though

oh err i used to work on dot com at tesco and had to go around picking the stuff you would have asked for online. you get everything u needed??sometimes people substituted the weirdest stuff

One of the flavours of water I asked for was out of stock so they substituted with another of the flavours I asked for. The potatos were out of stock too but they weren't substituted

I've had mixed results from Tesco deliveries. On the whole I found it quite good but always ticked the "don't substitute" option and shopped for fresh fruit and veg myself. x

yeah I use both sainsbury's and tesco's I find sainsbury's is better just because I don't have a problem with teh date issues. When I have ordered from tesco's I always have to check everything before I sign it off, as I ALWAYS get loads of things that have a really short shelf life...but with sainsbury's it never happens...any anything that is short is put into a separate bag and you are made aware of it. Tesco's hides it. But what I do is I use a website called.... mysupermarket.com and they are great. You just input all your items and it tells you whether tesco's, sainsbury's, asda, or waitrose (depending on your area) is cheapest. Plus they also tell you, that is you save X amount if you switch certain products and it shows you. Also it has the list of the fat, salt and sugar contents, and tells you, you will save X amount of calories etc if you make a switch to X. It saves me loads...plus you can acutally see the products properly. I couldn't tell you the times I have bought something thinking it was one size and get it and it is either bigger or smaller than I thought. But check it out next time you shop. I think I have saved about £60 this month using it.
