hey guys what do most of you have for healthy extras ??? just a quick question do you have alternate days for green and red, or can you do two red then two green does it make a difference to the weight loss!!!!????
this was my diary for yesterday can people let me know if i am on the right track please,
breakfast one egg and 2 bacon and one sausage
lunch/dinner had bbq at my mums i had 3 pieces of chicken and 1 corn on the cob, salad - cucumber peppers and lettuce and one glass of red which was 4 syns!!
then a black coffee in the evening with a couple of rich teas which i have allowed for about 5 syns!!
any comments would be recommended!!
