Teresa's 2011 diary

have been fantastically on plan although i seem obsessed with sw chips :) I sts in group this week which i was pleased about. I am away next week for a few days but hope to get to weigh in before I go. Hubby is away monday to tuesday so I am going to be living on simple and cheap meals

probably chips chips and more chips :)

Fridays menu

breakfast
1/2 fruits of the forest choc swiss roll :) naughty but nice 3 syns and full of fruit (1/2 large punnet)

Lunch
slimmimg world chips
mushy pea curry
(my new favourite meal)

dinner (hmm need to shop desperately )
if i don't shop
bns soup
wholemeal roll (1 1/2 heb )
cheese (1 heb and 1 hea)
pickled onions and beetroot

if i do shop who knows LOL
 
Back from a few days away in the lakes and completely off plan. But tomorrow back on it and have an 11 mile run planned.

I have a new job starting a week on wednesday so need to find a new SW group to go to and can't get to one for the next two weeks I am back to posting my daily diary at least until I have my next official wi .

ooh today is a hungry day !! probably to do partly with coming back off holidays and partly the 11 mile run and delivering 250 leaflets!

Just came in the door and devoured a tub of cottage cheese with pineapple.

Have lots of wedges just about to go in the oven

Well had a sneaky peak today and loving the weight I saw !! I am going to try and wi tonight which may show a gain because of switching from a daytime to night time group but I have to make that switch at sometime now i can't get to the morning group.

strange food today finishing some leftovers and eatign lunch out.

Not sure if day will be green or extra easy as going out to an italian restaurant that I don't know the menu so will stay neutral until then

Well life has got hectic and inspite of doing well for a few weeks and loving the number on the scales the last week and a bit has been a disaster :-(, have been poorly and using that as an excuse to go seriously off plan I am away for the rest of the weekend but want to get in writing a plan for monday for eating and exercise.

Need to shake up my eating a bit has have got in a bit of a food rut and need to eat more fish.

So here is next weeks plan

Blooming heck you have been busy! Hope you can still feel your legs after all that shredding and running! X
 
Hi Teresa

Hows it going with you this week ? Hope you're having a better week :) I'm very impressed with all your running, I've still not had a good run at any exercise this week due to being ill but next week I'll need to introduce some exercise classes again.

Anyway, hope your week is going well :)
 
Teresa, I'm so sorry to hear of your sad news about your mum. I really hope you have some lovely people around you right now. (((Take care Teresa))). My thoughts are with you and your family. Getting through each day is a big achievement right now, I know words cannot help at the moment but we'll be here for you when you are ready to come back.
