Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

Lol she is Fran and its doing MY head in. The constant sniping and sly e mails are pathetic shes a grown woman fgs. Anyway ill see my boss tomorrow when I have my end of year report.

Also ........ hopefully a little progress on my back situ. I went for my physio tonight and she never touched me, she has referred me to her specialist team who will ask me lots of questions and then do either an x ray or an MRI scan to see whats going on. She said even if its just to put my mind at rest it might help show there is nothing sinister going on, and then we will take it from there.
 
I hope so hun, it may show nothing but at least then they will be able to think about some other treatment for me.
 
Was just saying on another thread that they really need to give their heads a wobble and grow up. Must think they are still in the playground.

Fab news about your back, I went for my appt with the specialist 2 weeks ago and just from asking q's she was able to tell me what it sounds like is up with my back, she has also referred me for MRI to confirm it. Like u I just wanted to know exactly what was the matter with me and how it could be sorted. I've felt a little better even just having had that appt so I hope u do too Hun x

What does she think is wrong hun? mine is only 1 place and the physio was convinced its my 10th rib, so will be interesting to hear what the specialist says.

They think I have a disc bulge and also an issue with my nerve which could be trapped :( doesn't sound like there is much else they will do but are going to do MRI to confirm and then looks like it will be management from then on in! At least I know tho as u said.

Hmmmm that is really specific too so will be very interesting to see if they say the same! X

I cant bare to stand up for any longer than about 10 mins especially if im standing in 1 spot ie a Queue in a shop. I went out with OH on Good Friday holiday shopping we were only at the shopping centre 40 mins and i had to find somewhere to go in an have lunch just so I could sit down and take painkillers its rubbish
 
That's good news about being sent for an MRI, and that there is a meeting tomorrow. Just remember you are better than this woman's behaviour indicates she is. With every childish act she is confirming that you are competent and mature. Honest there are so many people that just do not grow up.

Good news about your back appoinment, in a funny way, I hope x-ray/ MRI does give you some answers x
 
Good evening everyone how are we today?

The loon has been off since Monday afternoon lol, I had a 1 to 1 with my manager today, I said can I have a word, he said I know all about it...... I said you dont know the half of it by any means. So I told him everything from the original phone call that sparked it all down to the texts, the e mails, the snidey comments and gossip, he listened to everything I had to say, and he told me it will be addressed on Monday. He will have a 1 to 1 with her then have a section meeting. He stressed that in the meeting, he will not be interrrupted, talked over or talked down to, and people will be shocked.

So ... watch this space. Ill probably get my P45 lol.

Thanks ladies re the back problem and progress, I just want it sorted now its getting me down

Hi hun my back is aching, I was up again at 4 45 this morning with pain, took painkillers then just dozed cos I had to be up at 6 :cry: its never woken me from sleep like this before. Dont know how long ill wait for my appt, and my workplace one isnt until the 30th April its the earliest they can do it grrrr.

I very much doubt she will get her P45 - you pretty much have to commit murder at our place before they finish you
 
Evening hun!! I'm glad to hear that your manager is going to have stern words with the psycho hosebeast! Can't believe that adults would behave like that...our children in school don't behave like that!!

Sorry to hear yup back is bad though hun...let's hope the hospital can give you some answers about the cause xxx
 
Lol love the nickname Sian. I hope it gets sorted the atmosphere is awful at work.

Like Adelle in a way I hope they do find something more than a pulled muscle. They have told me its nothing sinister so will just have to wait n see x
