So I think I've learnt my lesson. Loved all the comments earlier.
Had prawns as my extra meal at dinner as well as 4 packs throughout the day. So currently at the gym.
Been walking only done 36 minutes so fat burnt 280 which is surprisingly good lol
I think I'll do this for rest of week and see what happens
:D

Honestly, Jonny. If you go easy you will see a difference in your losses!

Men always seem to loose larger amounts too!
